Chunks of fresh cranberries and dark, milk, and white chocolate chips dress up oatmeal cookies for the holidays.
1 sweet Vidalia onion, chopped fairly small
Saute in avocado oil until softened
Add some to start layering flavors
1 bag frozen WF brand cauli rice
1/3 bag frozen WF brand jasmine rice
Add and continue to saute to cook and soften, may need to add more oil and coconut aminos. Input on cover to defrost frozen parts and cook faster, watch doesn't get dry
1/2-2/3 can of coconut milk (full fat, as clean ingredients as possible)
Add a few scoops (mine was in fridge), keeping stirring in and adding til looks good. Liquid will cook off a.d thicken as you finish the overall cooking.
Add more aminos, ground ginger and salt to taste
Frozen WF brand petite peas, stir in about 1/3-1/2 bag, to taste. Just until warmed through.
Ready to serve!
